The first edition of Forum Industria Digitale, an exhibition-conference organized by ANIE Automazione in collaboration with Messe Frankfurt Italia, will be held on Wednesday 8 November at CremonaFiere.
A single fair that combines two successful events: Industrial Software Forum – an opportunity to meet companies that design, develop and distribute software solutions for industry and companies specialized in system security solutions, suppliers of OT technologies, systems integrators – and Mechatronics Forum – a moment of discussion between suppliers of mechatronic technologies and solutions and machine manufacturers, system integrators and end users.
The idea of combining two consolidated events was born from the evolution of the link between the software component and mechatronic solutions that characterizes the digital industry. In fact, thanks to the deep integration of different products, the possibilities of software platforms that are capable of managing all phases of product life, from design to implementation and assistance, increase.
The themes of innovation, integration and scalability will therefore be the basis of the dialogue between providers of solutions for digital transformation and companies in the manufacturing sector.
The program includes the intervention of academics and local industry representatives who will discuss the state of the art and the opportunities for companies investing in digitization. Conference sessions will follow to delve deeper into aspects related to design, production and supply chain, maintenance, sustainability, interconnection and cyber security.
Techsol will participate as an exhibitor and will have a speech in the session dedicated to Production, with a presentation by Francesco Franchino, Pre-sales Engineer, entitled “Digital assessment: what the success of the digital transformation process for manufacturing companies depends on”.
During the speech we will talk about how the actual success of the digital transformation process for manufacturing companies depends on the level of maturity of the company itself, and how important it is to know your working context and define a roadmap before applying innovative solutions.
We will then address the main themes that underlie the evolution of the system:
- The centralization and unification of data collection through an “event-driven” model
- Complete flexibility in modeling collected data and designing event workflows
- Total accessibility to the information and functions of the system
- Modern, streamlined, flexible and configurable integration with the company ecosystem in terms of production plants and software systems through the latest IIoT communication protocols
